I, father/mother/guardian of undertake that he/she will respect all
school rules and policies (as mentioned in Pupil’s Diary) and will behave in an appropriate
manner during school hours, including wearing proper school uniform and following school time
table. I undertake full responsibility of my ward’s general behavior in school.
